• The rates of first five weight slabs of Shiprocket X i.e.. till 250 gm are going to be increased by an average of 13% and for remaining slabs, the prices are going to be decreased by 12%.
• Shiprocket X have introduced a new service called “SRX Premium Pro” which will be used for categories that need special clearance formalities and hence being charged a premium ~8% freight amount. Kindly find the HS codes of such products here.
• For these pin-codes, another service called “SRX Economy Pro” will be launched which is at similar price range of “SRX Premium” but will have slower delivery timelines. 
• At an overall level, when compared to the existing rates of SRX Premium, the shipments belonging to Premium Pro will attract an average price increase of  ~15% whereas the ones belonging to normal HS codes will attract a price increase of ~11%.

This is to inform you that as part of annual price revision, UPS has modified its pricing for their Fine Jewelry service. The new prices are going to be effective on EGS platform from April 1, 2024.

Kindly find a brief summary of changes below for your convenience:

• Post changes, the staring prices to US is going to be increased from existing INR 1920 to INR 2726.

• France and Germany were added as additional serviceable lanes for EGS users to avail UPS services.

• UPS has given complete waiver on

  • Duty forwarding/Disbursement charges (~ INR 917 per shipment) which is applicable for shipments greater than USD 800.

  • Residential Area surcharges (~INR 214 per shipment) which are applicable for all B2C/C2C shipments.

  • Address Correction charges (~INR 648-2261 per shipment)

  • Jewelry clearance through Express Mode (INR 500 per shipment).

• These waivers will help Fine Jewelry sellers further to use UPS solution smoothly and enable to them to clear and re-route the shipments in case of non-delivery at free of cost.

We would like to inform you that, effective 15 March 2024, the “Shipment Cancellation” process
on eBay Global Shipping (“EGS”) will change. At present, the seller can mark the shipment
cancelled when he/she clicks on the cancellation button, irrespective of the status of the
shipment on the logistic services providers ("LSP”) website.

As per the new process, once a seller opts to cancel a shipment, the status of shipment will
change to “Cancellation Initiated”. If there is no movement of the shipment for 5 working days
from the date of booking or if the AWB has become void, the shipment will be marked as
“Cancelled”. Kindly note in case if you are a prepaid seller, the wallet balance deducted during
the shipment booking will also be refunded to you once the status has been changed to
“Cancelled”.

Please remember that the shipments that are cancelled should not be handed over to LSPs for
shipment. This will be classified as a process violation and might lead to suspension of your

This is to keep you informed that there is a temporary restriction on FDA regulated
products for USA Ship + and USA Ship D services. It is observed that some sellers are sending
these regulated items. It is resulting in poor seller experience as the shipments have to be
converted to postal service or RTO, which incurs additional costs and extended transit.
Hence requesting you to avoid shipping such products via their USA services. Kindly find
a few of the categories that are not accepted currently for USA.

2. Herbal
3. Pharma / Drugs / Dental products
4. Medical devices
5. Cosmetics (shampoos, body wash, face creams etc)

These restrictions are temporary, as LEXSHIP is working on a solution for the same. We will
